Orders and delivery

Every order is paid on delivery — cash, card or VALU on the courier's machine. There is nothing to pay online.

Cairo & Giza: up to 3 business days
Other governorates: 3–7 business days
Remote areas: up to 10 business days

Inspect your order with the courier before you accept it. If it is not what you ordered, or it is damaged, return it to the courier before accepting delivery — there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
