Returns & Exchanges

Before you accept delivery

You pay only when you accept the order. If you return it to the courier, there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

Inspect the order with the courier. If it is not what you ordered, or it is damaged, return it to the courier before accepting delivery. That is the simplest way to resolve it and there is nothing further for you to arrange.

After you accept delivery

Once the order has been accepted, we offer exchange only. To be eligible:

• the request is made within 3 days of delivery;
• the item is unused; and
• the item is in its original packaging.

Who pays for exchange shipping

The customer covers the cost of exchange shipping, unless the item we sent was incorrect or faulty — in that case we cover it.
