Shipping policy

Every order is paid on delivery — cash, card or VALU on the courier’s machine. There is nothing to pay online.

Shipping

We ship across Egypt. Delivery times are counted in business days from the day the order is placed.

• Cairo & Giza — up to 3 business days.
• Other governorates — 3–7 business days.
• Remote areas — up to 10 business days.

These are the times we work to. If anything is going to take longer than the range above, we will tell you.
