Welcome to SKY. By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Who we are

SKY is an online footwear store operating in Egypt. We sell original branded sneakers and luxury footwear. We are not an authorised dealer or agent of any brand we stock, and we are not affiliated with them.

Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its brand, model and colour. Product photographs are supplied by the brand or the source. Screen colours vary, so a shoe may differ slightly in person from how it appears here.

Every pair we sell is original. We do not sell replicas.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. We may change a price at any time before an order is placed.

Stock is limited and moves quickly. If a pair sells out after you order it, we will contact you and cancel the order. Nothing has been paid at that point, so there is nothing to refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed when we contact you to arrange delivery.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or if we believe the order is fraudulent.

Payment

Every order is paid on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives — cash, card or VALU on the courier's machine. There is nothing to pay online.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and the returns process are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

You may inspect the order with the courier before accepting it. If you return it at the door, there is nothing to pay.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your login secure.

Content

The text, layout and design of this store belong to SKY. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for how a product is used after delivery, or for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
