Shipping & returns
Every order is paid on delivery — cash, card or VALU on the courier's machine. There is nothing to pay online. We ship across Egypt: Cairo & Giza up to 3 business days, other governorates 3–7 business days, remote areas up to 10 business days. Inspect the order with the courier — if it is not what you ordered, or it is damaged, return it to the courier before accepting delivery: there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. After you accept delivery we offer exchange only: within 3 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. The customer covers the cost of exchange shipping, unless the item we sent was incorrect or faulty — in that case we cover it.
